How to fill out your Pre-School
Re-Order Form
Step 1
Make sure that your child's information is correct. If something is incorrect, please cross out and print the correct information.
Secondly, fill out the parent's information including the postal address and relevant phone numbers.
Step 2
First choose which packages and sets you would like to purchase by putting in the number in the Quantity box next to the package names.
Secondly choose any extra Single Print Re-Orders you wish to purchase by putting in the quantities of each image for each option.
Step 3
Add up the totals for all orders and place in the main Total box, including the Postage and Handling.
Step 4
Fill out the payment details. If paying by cash, cheque or money order, please enclose exact payment, as change cannot be given.
