Q1. I have a Proof Sheet of my child's preschool photos. How do I place an order?
Step 1: Check all details on the Order Form are correct (Name, Phone Number etc.)
Step 2: Choose the photos you wish to order. Indicate the quantity of each item and write the total in the price column
Step 3: Enclose payment e.g. Cash/Cheque/Money Order, or complete your credit card details on the Order Form
Step 4: Enclose the order form in the envelope provided
Step 5: Return your order to the Preschool/Centre before Collection Day
Q2. Can I still place an order if I missed the Collection Day deadline for my child's preschool proof sheet photo order?
Yes! Mail your order form and payment to our office:

Please note that all orders placed after Collection Day incur a late fee.
Q3. How much do the photos cost?
Our products and prices are listed in the Products & Services section of this website.
Q4. I want to give feedback on the products I have received. Where should I go?
You can send us an email by filling out the form on our Contact Us page in the About section.
Q5. I want to pay by Cheque or Money Order. What name do I make it payable to?
Please make all cheques payable to "Schoolpix". Please also write your child's name and school/kinder on the back of the cheque.
Q6. How should we send you student information?
We prefer to have Excel files emailed straight to us.
